After placing your order online, we will send you an email with your tracking details. The service we use is ¨name of company¨. Our service requires a signature in the delivery date. It has to be signed from an adult over age of 18. We will not deliver alcohol to anyone under this age.
Please, provide us your mobile number, at the checkout you will receive a text message on the day of delivery.
If you request to leave the items in a safe place or with a neighbour, then Hopfully Brewing Co will not accept responsibility for any lost parcels.
Standard delivery usually takes between 3 to 5 working days, although it can be delivered earlier than this where possible.
If you are not in when delivery is made, a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery – in this case another delivery charge can be applied. Should these delivery attempts fail, the goods will be returned to Hopfully Brewing Co, and full credit for the product will be issued to your account, minus the delivery charge.
Any item ordered during the weekend or bank holidays will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
If your delivery is clearly damaged at the point of receiving the order, you are within your rights to refuse receipt of delivery. You must inform the courier, they will arrange for the parcel to be returned to us and we'll process your refund.
Hopfully Brewing Co will not accept responsibility for delivery failure, if you have provided an incorrect address or contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.
