With a medium body and a light haze. this beer is dry-hopped with Citra and Simcoe.
Aromas of grapefruit and pine are dominant. followed by tropical fruit notes.
The Baniwa Chillis complement and pair perfectly with the hops to give a refreshing tone to the brew.
Malts: Pale. Maris Otter. Dextrine. Flaked Oats
Bittering Hops: Columbus
Aroma/Flavour Hops: Citra. Chinook. Centennial. Simcoe
Yeast: American Ale

Jiquitaia Chilli Peppers (Baniwa Chili), traditionally grown by the Baniwa tribe in the Brazilian Amazon jungle.
The recipe changes every season of the year but always using the special Baniwa chilli peppers.
A percentage of the proceeds made from these beers are donated to the Baniwa Com unity in Amazon.
