The 10 most common questions:

1 - I didn’t receive my order. What to do?

Check your tracking number first. An email containing your tracking information should be sent to you when you purchase the order. Please remember to check your spam folder as sometimes the email may end up there. If you did not receive any tracking email, kindly inform us at info@hopfullybrewing.com and we will be glad to rectify the situation.

If the tracking number is saying that the parcel was delivered, we ask you to double check with neighbors, as sometimes delivery driver might have mistaken the delivery address.

If non of the above solve your problem, please contact us at info@hopfullybrewing.com and a member of our staff will get back to you within 24 hours.

2 - My order is damaged or incorrect. What to do?

Please contact us at info@hopfullybrewing.com with your order number and tracking number from DPD. If possible send us a picture of the damaged item.

3 - How much is the delivery fee and where do you ship to?

Flat shipping fee is €6.50 to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Free shipping for membership subscribers only.

For international shipping, rates vary depending on the destination and package size.

4 - How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery usually takes between 48 hours from purchase, although it can be delivered earlier than this where possible.

5 - Is there a cut off point for delivery?

If you place your order between Monday and Thursday before 3 PM, it will be shipped on the following day. However, if you place an order after 3 PM on Thursday, it will be shipped on the following Monday. Please note that Bank Holidays may impact the shipping schedule, so we recommend checking our website and social media for updates or any expected disruptions to delivery.

6 - Ops! I changed my mind. Can I return my beer?

Our orders are all final. However If your delivery is clearly damaged at the point of receiving the order, or there’s something wrong with your order, please contact us at info@hopfullybrewing.com .Please send your order number and tracking number from DPD. If possible send us a picture of the damaged item.

7 -How can I stock your beers in my bar/restaurant?

8 - Are your beers Gluten Free?

All Gluten Free beers have this information clearly stated in the beer description page. Please make sure to read the label instruction/ingredients before consuming the product.

9 - Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is a min order of 6 cans, and 12 cans for the membership. We offer free shipping for membership subscribers, click here to join the club.

10 - My favourite is out of stock. Do you restock all your beers?

We have a variety of beers that are only available for a limited time, and once they're sold out, they won't be restocked. Additionally, some of our beers are only available during certain seasons and may return in the future. Our core range/year round beers are: Graciosa Tropical IPA, Shinebright IPA, Insideout Pale Ale and Kickback Gluten Free Extra Pale Ale.
