Probably our favorite hop pairing, we loaded this hazy delight with a king’s ransom of Mosaic and Simcoe hops, yielding lovely notes of bright juicy tangerine, citrus, and pine aromas. Mosaic to the whirlpool and double dry-hopped with some more Mosaic and Simcoe. Insideout is silky, with a smooth mouthfeel, low bitterness, and finishes slightly sweet.

Sthe is a Lithuanian visual artist and illustrator based in Dublin and working in fields of conceptual illustration, advertising, publishing, indie print projects and murals. Her works combine narrative print and riso aesthetics, surrealistic motives, irony, simplicity and sensual conceptual ideas, inspired by reflection of reality and subconsciousness.
